Tata Motors, India's largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has unveiled the Tata Ace EV, a retail electric vehicle.

'Ace EV' is an Indian company's first electric vehicle in the commercial vehicle category.

This is the electric version of the famous 'Tata Ace' cargo vehicle.

Tata Motors will unveil the new Ace EV's costs in the coming quarter, and deliveries will begin in Q3 2022.

Tata Motors has also signed an MoU with e-commerce and logistic companies, including Amazon, BigBasket, and Flipkart, to promote the use of EV cargo vehicles.

The Tata Ace EV is equipped with the EVOGEN powertrain, a certified range of 154 kilometers on a single charge.

Tata Motors has given a 21.3 kWh battery pack in the Ace EV.

The Tata Ace EV produces 36 bhp and 130 Nm of peak torque.

The commercial electric vehicle offers a safe, all-weather operation with an advanced battery cooling and regenerative braking system.
