The revised 2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2 provides better baja-blasting performance in addition to a new, rad-looking Desert Boss package.

Like all Colorado models, the ZR2 has a Crew Cab with a short box and a 2.7-liter turbo I4 engine.

2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2's 310 horsepower and 430 pound-feet of torque allow it to haul up to 7,700 pounds.

The ZR2 has advanced Multimatic DSSV dampers, 33-inch mud-terrain tires, and 17-inch wheels.

Additionally, it has front, and rear electronic locking differentials, cast-iron control arms, and a tweaked 3.42 rear axle ratio for improved low-end torque capability.

Compared to Colorado's Z71 and Trail Boss trims, the ZR2 has more excellent off-road performance, thanks to all of this.

Regarding the Desert Boss, it makes a few practical and fashionable improvements.

A sports bar, a sail panel in the bed, black badges, and unique decals are additional features of the Desert Boss.

Early in 2023, the ZR2 will debut alongside the rest of the Colorado lineup.
